Baghdad’s double bombing attack leaves 60 casualties

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The death toll of Monday’s double bombing attack near the Police Academy in eastern Baghdad rose to 15 and the wounded to 45, police said. “A suicide bomber with an explosive belt blew himself up near the gates of the Police Academy from the Falastine street direction in eastern Baghdad, followed by another explosion of a car bomb that was parked close to the gates, leaving 15 killed and 45 others wounded,” an Iraqi police source told IraqiNews.com.
