PM honors famous singer in Thi-Qar

THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Premier Nouri al-Maliki honored the famous Iraqi singer, Hussein Neama, with a grant of around $9 thousand, for participating in a project opening ceremony in Thi-Qar province, the artist said on Monday. “Myself and the band accompanying me were honored by Premier al-Maliki,” Neama told IraqiNews.com. “I performed two old songs during the celebration,” he added.
