73 wanted men, suspects netted in Missan

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi army forces detained 73 persons in operations conducted last week in different areas of Missan province, a spokesman for the army’s 10th Division said on Saturday. “The army troops captured 35 wanted men and 38 suspects during search raids in Missan last week,” Col. Aziz Sweilam told IraqiNews.com. “The arrests took place upon intelligence tip-offs in collaboration with the Missan tribal support councils,” he added. Missan lies 390 km south of the Iraqi capital Baghdad. AmR (P) 1
