Civilian killed, two others wounded in Jalawlaa

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: One civilian was killed on Wednesday evening and two others were wounded when a roadside bomb went off in Jalawlaa, said the director of major crimes investigations office in the district. “The incident took place in Kansor neighborhood of Jalawlaa, 30 km southwest of Khanaqin,” Ali Abdullah told IraqiNews.com. “The two injuries were admitted to hospital for treatment,” he said. “Security forces were deployed in the area and cordoned it,” he added. Khanaqin suburb is 155 km northeast of Baaquba, which is the capital city of Diala province, and lies 57 km northeast of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 1
