Iraq’s archers to participate in Arab tournament

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s Central Archery Federation on Wednesday received an official invitation from the Arab Archery Federation to take part in the men’s tournament, scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia in March 2009. “The tournament, in which more than 10 countries will participate, will take place from March 10-15,” the head of the Iraqi federation, Saad Mahmoud al-Mashhadani, told IraqiNews.com. “‘Four archers will represent Iraq in the games,” Mashhadani added.
