Plan to improve services in Baghdad

Baghdad-Economy BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Secretary of Baghdad Saber al-Eissawi on Monday said that the al-Washash region in western Baghdad will witness a great improvement in services through the implementation of several projects, according to a statement of the Baghdad secretariat. “Al-Eissawi met today with a number of chieftains and members of the municipality council of al-Washasg region, and discussed with them means to rehabilitate and develop the services in the region,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com. “The meeting focused on discussing the sewer sector and projects to rehabilitate it as well as operations to remove garbage and the plan to establish a station to treat the rain water,” it added.
