Police chiefs of southern provinces meet on security cooperation

THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: The chiefs of police of the southern provinces held on Monday a meeting in Nassiriya to discuss means of security cooperation between them, the director of the media and information department in the Thi-Qar police said. “Upon directives from Interior Minister Jawad al-Boulani, chiefs of police of (Basra, Missan, Wassit) held a security meeting in Nassiriya,” Colonel Sadeq al-Mishrefawi told IraqiNews.com. “The meeting tackled means of boosting cooperation between the three provinces’ police departments,” he added.
