Public prosecutor dies of U.S. fire injuries

BABEL / IraqiNews.com: A public prosecutor working for a court in Babel’s al-Hindiya district has died of wounds sustained from a U.S. gunfire north of Hilla city. “Hashem Rasheed died a few hours after he was shot by U.S. forces while he was driving his vehicle on the highway near Bridge 2,” a security source in Babel police told IraqiNews.com.
