2 armed groups leaders arrested in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The director of the interior ministry’s national command center said that Special Forces arrested two armed groups’ leaders in two separate incidents in Baghdad on Monday. “The special forces arrested the leader of the Baghdad brigade of the Special Groups, Faried Mohamed Ramadan, in air drop in Baghdad ,” General Abdul Karim Khalaf told IraqiNews.com. “The special forces arrested also the leader of the Saddam’s Fedayeen armed group for the southern region, Raad Mahdi, during a security operation in al-Rudwaniya region in southern Baghdad ,” he added.
