First festival for orphans in Iraq

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Baghdad provincial council, in cooperation with the cultural centre fro the Iraqi child, organized the first festival for orphans in Iraq . More than 300 children took part in the festival, which took place in the cultural centre of the Iraqi children on Thursday. “The festival sends a message to the officials and parliamentarians to pay attention to the Iraqi orphan,” Zahra al-Juburi, the director of the centre, told IraqiNews.com.
