Iraq receives remains of Iraqi-Iranian war casualties

Iraq-Remains BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi authorities received on Monday the remains of casualties from the Iraqi-Iranian war from the Iranian side, according to a statement of the national information center. “The Human Rights Ministry urged families of individuals that went missing during the Iraqi-Iranian war to check the handing martyrs center in Basra as of today for five days to know the names received by the Iranian side,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The Ministry received the remains of identified people from the casualties of the Iraqi-Iranian war, urging their families to receive the remains of their sons as of today until 10-2-2009,” the statement added.
