10 arrested in Kirkuk security operation

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: Ten wanted men were arrested during a security operation in western Kirkuk city, a local police chief said on Sunday. “In cooperation with emergency police forces, security personnel from the province conducted a security campaign during which 10 wanted men were captured in al-Amal al-Shaabi area,” Brig. Sarhad Qader told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Four improvised explosive devices (IED), six remote control devices and an amount of ammunition were seized during the operation,” Brig. Qader noted.
