Arms cache seized in Wassit

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: Security authorities in Wassit seized on Sunday a weapons cache inside the house of a wanted man in the northern part of the province, a security source said. “Policemen from the National Information & Investigation Department seized the cache inside a house in al-Zuhour neighborhood, al-Suwayra district, (13 km) northern Wassit,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The arms and munitions, seized thanks to intelligence tip-offs, included six missiles, four anti-armor bombs and two hand-grenades,” he added.
