IHEC calls on candidates to sign code of honor

THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) on Monday urged candidates for the upcoming provincial council elections to sign a code of honor that aims to render elections a success. “Invitations have been sent to all participating blocs in the electoral process to sign a code of honor that requires them to abide by the Elections Law…,” Alaa Abd Oda told IraqiNews.com news agency.
