VP mulls with Russian delegation economic relations

Russia-Economy BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Vice President Adel Abdul Mahdi on Tuesday discussed with a Russian delegation the economic and investment relations between the two countries. “Abdul Mahdi received at his office in Baghdad today a high-level Russian delegation, with whom he discussed economic and investment relations with the two countries,” said a statement released from Abdul Mahdi’s office received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “Iraqi is looking forward to have economic ties with Russia in various domains,” the statement added. “The Russian delegation highlighted the importance of developing and widening bilateral relations, expressing the Russian companies’ readiness to start investment operations in oil, gas fields,” it noted.
