11 persons arrested near Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Thursday arrested 11 persons during a crackdown operation in southwest of Kirkuk, the chief of the local police said. “Policemen waged a crackdown operation on Thursday (Jan. 15) in al-Khabaza al-Kabiera and al-Salehiya villages in Howaiyja district, southwest of Kirkuk, where they arrested 11 people, including a number of wanted men,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The forces seized also 22 guns,” he added.
