Serbian defense minister in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Serbian defense minister arrived in Baghdad on Thursday to discuss means to bolster military cooperation, the spokesman for the Iraqi defense ministry said. “Serbian Minister of Defense Dragan Sutanovac arrived in the Iraqi capital Baghdad on Thursday morning (Jan. 22) leading an official delegation, including the deputy minister of defense and a number of chairmen of Serbian companies,” General Mohamed al-Askari told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The delegation will discuss ways to foster relations in investment field and military cooperation between the two countries,” al-Askari added. Serbia is not part of the Multinational forces working in Iraq. SH (P) 1
