Concrete blocs removed from Baghdad-Mahmodiya road

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: An Iraqi army force on Sunday removed concrete blocs from the right side of Baghdad-Mahmodiya road that has been closed for four years, said the official spokesperson of Baghdad’s Operations Command (BOC). “The blocs were erected on the road as part of measures that were taken by the Multi-National Forces (MNF) four years ago,” General Qassim Atta told IraqiNews.com news agency.
