6 candidates in Diala excluded due to forged certifications

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) in Diala on Tuesday excluded six candidates for presenting forged certificates, the director of the IHEC office said. “One of them presented a forged masters certification, while in reality he only holds a preparatory certification,” Aamer Latief told IraqiNews.com news agency. “There are five more candidates who could be excluded after their certifications are checked,” he also said.
