Deputy premier, Italian amb. discuss fostering investments in Iraq

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Deputy Premier Rafeaa al-Eissawi on Wednesday discussed with the Italian ambassador in Baghdad boosting investments in Iraq. “Al-Eissawi received at his office in Baghdad the Italian diplomat and discussed with him a number of issues of common interest, mainly inviting Italian companies to invest in Iraq,” said a statement released from al-Eissawi’s office received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The two officials discussed the positive role played by the government in Rome to support the Iraqi government,” it added.
