Missan’s IHEC excludes 5713 votes

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Ballots of 5713 out of 23370 voters that were cast during the special voting day in Missan were excluded by the province’s branch of the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC), a source from the office said on Thursday. “The excluded votes violated voting conditions,” Dr. Jaafar Kadhum told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The remaining votes (17657) were all accepted,” he said.
