Policeman wounded in Mosul attack

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: One policeman was wounded when a gunman threw a hand-grenade at a police patrol in Mosul city on Saturday, a Ninewa police source said. “The incident took place at al-Khazraj area, central Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The armed man escaped to an unknown place,” he said. “The wounded man was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment,” the source said, not giving further details.
