U.S. forces raid police HQ in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: U.S. forces raided the headquarters of al-Baaj emergency contingent, western Mosul city, and abused a number of servicemen there, a security source from Ninewa police said on Tuesday.   “The raid operation took place late last night,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The headquarters is located at al-Baaj silo, 130 km western Mosul ,” he said. “The U.S. force beat and cursed servicemen there,” he added. The source pointed out that the U.S. force was supported by helicopters. No comment was immediately available from the U.S. side.
