BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: An improvised explosive device (IED) on Wednesday detonated in the capital Baghdad, leaving eight civilians killed or wounded, according to an Interior Ministry source. “A roadside explosive charge detonated on Wednesday noon in al-Waziriya area, northeastern Baghdad, killing one civilian and wounding seven others,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
