Car bomb kills 3, wounds 20 in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Three persons on Wednesday were killed and 20 others were wounded in a car bomb blast that occurred in southwestern Baghdad, according to an Interior Ministry source. “This afternoon, a parked car bomb detonated near a parking lot in al-Biyaa, southwestern Baghdad,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The explosion killed three civilians and wounded 20 others, according to an initial count,” the source added, providing no further details.
