BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Seven wanted men on Saturday were arrested on criminal charges in different parts of Basra, a local police source said, adding that a child was rescued from his kidnapper in the north of the city. “A police force conducted search raids in different parts of the city, during which seven wanted men were arrested on criminal charges,” the media office of Basra’s police told IraqiNews.com news agency. “A police force has managed to free a kidnapped child from his captor in northern Basra and to arrest his kidnapper,” the office noted.
