2 civilians wounded in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Two civilians sustained different wounds as a result of an explosive charge planted by unidentified persons in eastern Baghdad on Sunday, an Iraqi interior ministry source said. “The charge, planted on a main road in the area of Djamila, near the eastern Baghdad district of Sadr City, left two civilians wounded,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. Earlier in the day (Feb. 15), a police source said a sticky improvised explosive device attached to a civilian vehicle went off in a souk in Sadr City, killing one man and injuring four others.
