IED kills civilian, wounds another near Hilla

BABEL / IraqiNews.com: One civilian was killed and another was wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) went off near Hilla city, a police source said on Monday. “This morning, a sticky explosive charge targeted a civilian vehicle on Maseeb-Alexandria road (50 km north of Hilla), killing one civilian and wounding another,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The explosion caused great damage to the vehicle,” the source added.
