Sticky bomb defused in Ninewa

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces were able defuse a sticky bomb planted by unknown gunmen to the car of Ninewa’s health director, Salah al-Din Thanon, without causing any casualties, a source from Ninewa police said on Wednesday. “The incident took place at the al-Amin intersection, eastern Mosul city,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Thanon was not in the car that was being driven by his driver when the forces noticed the bomb,” he added.
