Talabani arrives in Tehran

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal Talabani arrived in Tehran on Tuesday night to take part in the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) meeting as a guest of honor, according to a statement published on the presidency’s website. “ The president and his accompanying delegation arrived in Tehran on Tuesday (March 10) to take part in the 10 th summit of the ECO,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “ The president was received by Iranian first vice president as well as senior Iraqi officials,” it added.
