Symposium on investment in Iraq

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi National Investment Commission (INIC) held a symposium on Sunday to discuss means of refurbishing the mechanism of investment organizations in the Iraqi provinces. “Held under the rubric ‘Investment as Mainstay in the Future of Iraqi Economy’, the event will tackle the obstacles impeding investment in the country and solutions proposed to attract investment and ameliorate the Iraqi economy,” Jeena al-Ammo of the INIC information office told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The symposium will be attended by Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Rafie al-Issawi, INIC chief Thamir al-Ghadban and undersecretaries of the ministries concerned,” she added.
