Industry Ministry revamps factory, expands another

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals rehabilitated a cheese factory in Baghdad at a total cost of around $1.7 million, and expanded a milk factory in Diwaniya, south of Baghdad, at a total cost of $4.1 million, a media source from the Ministry said on Monday. “The cheese factory was funded by the 2008 investment budget,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The milk factory was funded by Italian donations,” he added.
