State employee gunned down in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A government employee on Sunday was shot down in front of his department in western Mosul city, according to a police source. “On Sunday, unknown gunmen opened fire on a government employee from Ninewa’s health department, killing him on the spot,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The victim was gunned down while he was leaving the building,” the source explained. “The body was taken to the morgue,” the source noted, providing no further details.
