Trade ministry firm sells commodities for ID4 BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Trade Ministry’s Central Markets Company made a leap in sales last month, selling commodities for 4.5 billion Iraqi dinars (ID), the CMC chief said on Sunday. “The CMC has generated ID4.576 billion in sales during February 2009 compared to only ID564.9 million in February 2008,” Hadi Jaddouh was quoted in a ministry release received by IraqiNews.com news agency, noting that his company has signed agreements and memorandums of understanding with Iranian firms to provide the central markets with varied goods and commodities. “The CMC has also prepared a contract to on varied garments from different origins including Syria, Turkey, Italy and the United Kingdom,” said Jaddou.
