Sticky IED kills civilian in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: One civilian on Wednesday was killed by an improvised explosive device (IED) that targeted his vehicle in Mosul city, according to a security source. “The civilian died when the explosive charge detonated inside his vehicle in al-Quds neighborhood, eastern Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The body was taken to the morgue,” the source noted, providing no further details.
