BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Christopher R. Hill will start his tenure as the new U.S. ambassador to Iraq on Saturday and will attend a meeting arranged by the U.S. embassy in Baghdad, an embassy source said on Friday. “Hill will attend that meeting which was called for by government and non-government Iraqi figures on the occasion of starting his tour of duty in Iraq in succession of Ambassador Ryan Crocker,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
