Turkish delegation in Ninewa over cooperation

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: An investment and trade delegation from Turkey on Sunday discussed with Ninewa’s governor means of boosting economic cooperation between the two countries. “This is the first non-Iraqi delegation to visit Ninewa province under these circumstances…,” Ninewa Governor Athil al-Nujeifi told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The visit will open the door to joint work,” Nujeifi noted. The head of the delegation, Engineer Amin Saadoun Taha, said that it represents 15 percent of the companies in Turkey, adding that the visit comes in response to an invitation from Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
