23 wanted men arrested in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Thursday arrested 23 persons wanted for “terror and criminal” cases, and seized a number of illegal vehicles in security operations throughout Basra, said a source from the relations and media office of the province’s police. “The arrests took place in raid operations in different areas of Basra,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “During the operations, 16 illegal vehicles and 13 unregistered motorcycles were seized,” he added.
