VP updates al-Maliki on outcome of his participation in Davos forum

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki received at his office in Baghdad on Wednesday Vice President Adel Abdulmahdi who updated him on the outcome of his participation at the Davos World Economic Forum which wrapped up recently in Jordan. “The meeting discussed also the latest politics developments in Iraq,” al-Maliki’s office said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The vice president updated the premier on the outcome of his participation in the Davos Economic Forum held in Amman and his meeting with Jordanian King Abdullah II,” it added. Abdulmahdi held several meetings on the sideline of the Davos Forum and discussed with them bilateral ties and issues of common interest. SH (P) 1
