5 civilians wounded in clashes with security forces in Sinjar

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Five civilians were wounded Friday in clashes with security forces in Sinjar district in Ninewa, the mayor of the district said. “Five civilians were injured Friday (May 29) in clashes with security forces while attempting to arrest them,” Dakheel Qassem told IraqiNews.com news agency. For his part, a medic said that five wounded civilians arrived today in Sinjar hospital, including three in serious condition. Sinjar district lies 120 km west of Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, which lies 405 km north of Baghdad. SH (P) 1
