14 wanted men arrested in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Monday arrested 14 wanted men in Basra, and seized grenades and one AK-47 in raid operations throughout the province, a source from Basra Operations Room said. “Four of those arrested are wanted for terror cases, one of them is suspected of conducting armed operations against security forces and civilians,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Three grenades and one AK-47 were seized at Safwan area, 60 km west of Basra city,” he added.
