Baghdad blast casualties reach 17

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Casualties from the explosive charge blast that ripped through the Iraqi capital earlier today have reached 17, according to a police source. “The toll from the explosion has risen to four dead and 13 wounded, all civilians,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
