Iranian arrested while planting roadside bomb in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Thursday arrested an Iranian citizen while he was attempting to plant a roadside bomb in central Basra, according to a source from the province’s police. “The arrest took place in the Umal-Brom square, central Basra city,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The person is a resident of the Iranian Ahwaz area,” the source said.
