Bicycle bomb explosion casualties up to seven

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: The casualties from the bicycle bomb explosion that ripped through central Falluja on Tuesday rose to seven wounded, a police officer said. “The bicycle bomb explosion injured seven people in central Falluja on Tuesday (June 9),” Major Ismail Omar told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Police forces managed to defuse a booby-trapped motorcycle in al-Andalus neighborhood in central Al-Eiyadat street in western Falluja,” he added. “A ban was imposed on all motorcycles in the city until further notice,” he also said. Major Yassin Mohamed had said earlier that bicycle bomb went off Tuesday (June 9) near al-Hadra mosque in central Falluja, wounding four persons. Falluja is 45 km west of Baghdad , while Ramadi, the capital of Anbar, lies 110 km west of the Iraqi capital. SH (P)/SR 1
