Oil flows from al-Ahdab field in Wassit

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: Crude oil has been extracted for the first time from a well at al-Ahdab field west of Kut city, according to the media director of Wassit province. “The extracted oil from al-Ahdab field, 25 km west of Kut, is of a high quality,” Majid al-Itabi told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Oil was extracted at a depth of 2,614 meters,” he said.
