Housing loan increased to ID30m

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The housing loan has been increased from 25 to 30 million Iraqi dinars (ID), the Iraqi minister of housing and construction said on Wednesday. “The interest on the loan has been reduced to 2 percent in case that it is repaid within five years,” Bayan Dizayee said in a release issued by the ministry. “The interest has been minimized to 3 percent in case that the loan is repaid within 10 years and to 5 percent in case the repayment occurred within 20 years,” she added. “The pervious interest was 6 percent over 20 years,” she added.
