IED wounds civilian near Baaquba

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: One civilian on Wednesday was injured when a sticky explosive device went off in al-Saadiya district, according to a local police source. “A sticky improvised explosive device (IED) targeted a civilian vehicle in a market in al-Saadiya district (35 km south of Khanaqin), seriously wounding a civilian,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The blast caused damage to shops,” the source pointed out, providing no further details.
