2 arrested on terror charges in Babel

BABEL / IraqiNews.com: Two wanted individuals on Sunday were arrested on terror-related charges during a search raid in Babel province, according to a local police source. “Police forces stormed a hideout for gunmen in al-Latifiya area (70 km north of Hilla) and arrested two wanted men on terror charges,” the source told Iraqi News. “The operation has been carried out in cooperation with local residents, who informed the police of the whereabouts of those arrested,” the source noted, providing no further details.
