160 detainees released from jail

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A total of 160 detainees have been freed from jail in four Iraqi provinces, the Iraqi Ministry of Justice said on Thursday. “Those released were held in Baghdad and Diala jails, in addition to Badoush prison in Mosul and Sosa in Sulaimaniya province,” a ministry official told Iraqi News. Those released have been cleared of all wrongdoing, the official noted. SS (P)/SR 1
