2 IEDs leave civilian killed, 8 wounded in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A civilian man was killed and eight others wounded when two improvised explosive devices went off in southern and southeastern Baghdad on Sunday , an Iraqi police source said. “An IED planted by unidentified persons went off on Sunday on the main street in the area of al-Kamaliya, southeastern Baghdad , leaving one civilian man killed and five others wounded, while another charge went off in al-Dora, southern Baghdad , leaving three civilians wounded,” the source told Iraqi News. “The security forces sealed off the explosion scenes while ambulances rushed the wounded to nearby hospitals for treatment,” he added.
